We can help you plan out a private tour that’s exactly what you’re looking for. The Create Your Own Adventure includes private transportation, a private guide, a fully planned and narrated tour, and bottled waters.
Private tours can be perfect for exploring nearby wine countries, like the Willamette Valley and Hood River Valley. They are also great for doing a deeper dive into Portland’s top attractions like the Intl Rose Test Garden, the Pittock Mansion, the Japanese Garden and the Lan Su Chinese Garden, as well as the many excellent ubran wineries and breweries in town.
We specialize in small group tours. Our vehicles can accommodate up to 14 guests per vehicle. Private tours are great for corporate team building events, wedding parties, family get togethers, group celebrations and romantic days out for couples.
Private Tour rates fluctuate depending on the length and type of tour.
We do not offer step-on tour guide services.

Private Adventure Ideas
Start the day at 10am by taking the scenic route out to the beautiful Willamette Valley wine country. With over 500 wineries and almost 700 vineyards to choose from, your only care for the day will be deciding which wineries to visit for tastings! The perfect day usually includes 1 tasting before lunch, then lunch at one of the many great cafes and restaurants, and 2 more tastings after lunch! We’ll have you back in the city in time for a relaxed dinner.
Maybe you’ve heard of the awesome hiking that can be found here in Oregon? We could plan a hike in a stunning setting, like in the old growth forests on the Oregon Coast (where we can look for whales!), or in the high desert east of the Cascades, or amidst waterfalls, right here in the Columbia River Gorge. You tell us how easy or hard of a hike you’re looking for and we’ll give you several options to choose from!
Or maybe this is your first time to Portland and you just want to explore? We could start the day with a private tour of our beautiful city, visiting some of her top destinations like the International Rose Test Gardens, the Pittock Mansion, and the Aerial Tram. We can pause for lunch at one of the many awesome lunch spots (did you know there are 3000 restaurants and over 600 food carts in Portland?) and then we can continue out to the Columbia River Gorge for an afternoon of amazing views and waterfalls.
